Since 2002 a worldwide achievement born from our Guests' love
This year we received an award that we are deeply excited about: the Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best award from Tripadvisor, reserved for the top 1% of hotels in the world according to traveler reviews.
An important milestone, which comes in the very year we celebrate our 55 years of Hospitality and Heart.
It all began in 2002, with this first, historic review:
It very relaxing and has to be the most inspiring place i have ever been. The hotel has beautiful views over the scenic Amalfi coastline.
If your going to Italy and want an image that will stay in your mind forever of Italy go to the Eden Roc Hotel Positano. Though don't tell to many people about!
From then on till now, there are 2136 reviews left by those who have rested in our beds, dreamed in our rooms, had breakfast on the terrace or simply shared a smile with our staff.
A lot has also changed over these years. Our Eden has grown with us.
We moved the Adam and Eve Restaurant to the fifth floor, where sea views accompany breakfast, lunch, sunset cocktails, and romantic dinners. We have started the Roc Pizza & Steak Restaurant, acquired new facilities to expand hospitality (such as the Bellavista and Dominic suites) and the Casola Group has expanded its roots to the heart of Sorrento.
Yet in the midst of all this, there is something that has remained exactly as it was: the people.
For today, as then, you find Raffaele, Lorenzo, Pascal, Carlo, Tony and Valentino. Maybe with a few bleached hairs, but with the same, identical desire to welcome, listen and make you feel at home.
Thank you for every word you spent, for every piece of advice you left and for allowing us, day after day, to grow with you, so much so that you placed us first among all the hotels in Positano on Tripadvisor.
An achievement to be proudly preserved and cherished, committing ourselves today, as then, to the craft and pleasure of Hospitality.
