Every day in the wine room, Luigi welcomes you with something special, complimentary for our Guests: a short interactive lesson on how to recognize a quality olive oil. This isn’t your typical “bread and oil”: you’ll learn the techniques of professional tasters—from the aroma evaluation to the spicy kick, the lingering aftertaste, and a few fun anecdotes to surprise friends and family at the table.
And if you’d like to continue your journey into flavor, Luigi also hosts a wine tasting (with fee) featuring three Campanian labels paired with local cheeses. An intimate and captivating experience, where every glass tells the story of its vineyard and land.
This season’s highlight is the Roc Pizza & Steak tasting dinner: an exclusive event for just ten Guests in the private room of the wine cellar.
The menu combines signature pizzas by Master Persico with premium cuts of meat that you’ll grill yourself on hot stone plates at the table, with every bite paired to perfection with a glass of wine.
